Q: Is the battery removable? Where can I get extra batteries?   

A: Yes, the batteries that V8 uses are removable and swappable. After simple replacement, you can get longer mileage. Also, we will synchronize the battery sales. If there is any question or assistance needed, please let us know.

Q: Why does the manual show a maximum speed of 25 mph? Can it be adjusted by remote control?   

A: Yes, you can adjust the speed you want by remote control (even more than 30MPH), for safety reasons, we recommend a maximum speed of 28-30MPH, the actual speed will be affected by weight, terrain, etc.  

Q: Is it suitable as a present for my friend who has never used a skateboard before?   

A: Yes, it will be a perfect present for everyone. Safer than traditional skateboards, all speeds and brakes on the skateboard can be easily controlled by remote control. Meanwhile, 105mm wheels ensure you can drive safely on any road.
